Lindsay Lohan told that she will be going back to jail if she accepts a plea bargain…

So Lindsay Lohan was back in court this morning over the theft of that necklace recently and it sounds like a judge has told her in no uncertain terms that she will be going back to jail for the alleged crime if she accepts a plea bargain.
Judge Keith Schwartz told the actress in a LA courthouse a short time ago that if she pleads guilty or no contest for the grand theft charge then that will be an automatic admission that she violated her probation which will result in jail time.
However he said he didn’t know how long he’d send the star back to jail for if that were the case. He did stipulate quite clearly though that he wouldn’t be making any allowances for her because of her fame: "I don't care that you're Lindsay Lohan” he said.
Lindsay will now be back in court on March 10th for a trial – and in the meantime the judge has ordered that she be given a psychological evaluation so that he can help understand what “makes her tick” and therefore decide what particular sentence is appropriate for her.

Red carpet battle: Jennifer Aniston v Brooklyn Decker

At the Berlin premiere of Just Go With It last night, it was the battle of the jumpsuit v the LBD; the Hollywood heavyweight v the glamorous newbie; and mature v whippersnapper.

Yes, Jennifer Aniston and her co-star Brooklyn Decker both hit the red carpet in Berlin for their new movie - in very different looks.

While Jen worked a Nina Ricci ruffled black mini, Brooklyn's magenta MaxMara jumpsuit attempted to steal the limelight, with thigh high splits, and colour contrasting coral heels.

So who won the red carpet battle? Jen with her sleek and chic look? Or Brooklyn's on-trend vivid jumpsuit?

She may have nearly 20 years on her, but we think Jen's giving Brooklyn a run for her money..

Cheryl Cole's royal style: What she wore to meet Prince Charles

For someone who's not scared of showing off her fab figure, Cheryl Cole looked rather demure as she met with Prince Charles yesterday to talk about her charity plans.

The Geordie X Factor star worked a chic monochrome coat, which she wore over a black shift dress, teamed with Louboutin peep-toes.

She finished her right royal look with an outsized updo, and dangly earrings.

Cheryl met Prince Charles for afternoon tea at Clarence House to discuss her plans to help needy teenagers in her hometown of Newcastle through the Prince's Trust.

Cheryl said: "I have always been a great admirer of the work of the Prince's Trust with disadvantaged young people across the UK. It's the perfect charity for my foundation to support.

"Too many young people grow up thinking no one cares and don't believe they can make anything of themselves.

"They have so much potential - but can go off the rails without the right care and support. I want my Foundation to help them realise their potential and get their lives on track."

Charles' flagship charity has been helping disadvantaged young people start up their own businesses, return to education or gain life skills since being founded by the royal in 1976.

Now, he will act as Cheryl's mentor as she fulfils a 'long-held ambition' to help disadvantaged young people from the North East through the Cheryl Cole Foundation.

In return, she is expected to give the Prince's Trust a million-dollar boost with her huge star status .

Cheryl Cole: Prince's Trust Photocall with Prince Charles

Taking care of some charity business, Cheryl Cole was spotted meeting with Prince Charles at Clarence House in London, England today (February 22).
Joined by Kristina Kyriacou, the director of the Cheryl Cole Foundation, the Girls Aloud singer chatted with the Prince of Wales about The Prince’s Trust and their efforts to provide funds for children who have struggled at school and can’t find employment.
In relationship news, Cheryl is said to be distancing herself from Derek Hough after he made a surprise visit to her house on Valentine’s Day.
An insider told press, "Cheryl's not amused by this latest development in their relationship. He's forced the issue by turning up like this - which might turn out to be a tactical error, as Cheryl doesn't respond well to pressure. It could even spell the beginning of the end for him."
"She banned Valentine's Day activity - she said that no way would they spending it together. But he's desperate to see her while he can, because his schedule is about to go crazy and they may not see each other all summer."

Oksana Grigorieva Called Mel Gibson "Bluff" By Balking at $15M Settlement, Emails Show

Oksana Grigorieva walked away from a huge settlement offer by Mel Gibson last spring because she felt the actor was "bluffing." At what? Well, it's unclear.
The actor's estranged ex told her lawyer she wanted to see "where the chips might fall" in court unless Mel was stripped of some custodial rights with Lucia.
Moreover, she was sure Gibson was "bluffing" and claimed she was forced to sign a $15 million peace deal "under duress" from her own legal advisors.

According to Radar, Oksana Grigorieva sent Eric George the following emails:
"If the opposition is buying my silence, please, we have to renogitiate (sic) the castody (sic) portion and to secure the monetory (sic)," she wrote June 2.
"If they say "No" then Im (sic) prepared to loose (sic) all this money they are paying to me and I WILL go court, see where the chips might fall."
"I'm NOT scared anymore and I'm NOT bluffing. I'm pretty sure the other side was bluffing. He (Mel Gbson) doesn't want this publicity."
By this publicity, she means the Mel Gibson tapes. Funny how those got out.

The “Mean Girls” actress is set to star in “Escaping the Game” when it begins filming this summer, according to a Gossip Cop report.

Ashley Judd: Headed to Television?

She’s been laying low as of late, but Ashley Judd looks to be poised to star in a new ABC network action series.
The project is currently titled “Missing,” and it sounds like a variation on the Liam Neeson movie “Taken.”
Judd, who is close to inking a deal for the gig, would play Beca Winstone, a devoted single mom who travels to Italy to find her 18-year-old son after he disappears.
As the plot progresses, it becomes clear that Winstone used to be an agent with the CIA as she chases her son all over Western Europe. “Missing” is scheduled to debut this fall.

Paris Hilton "Sure" Cy Waits Will Propose

Paris Hilton has been in a sex tape and many serious relationships, but might Cy Waits finally be the one? According to reports, she's absolutely sure of it.
She said the same thing about Doug Reinhardt, but no matter.
Paris recently told Ryan Seacrest that she's sure Cy will pop the question. Based on a recent shopping adventure, that could be sooner than later, too.

On Paris' 30th birthday, she accompanied Waits to luxury jewelry store Jacob & Co. in New York City, where the duo checked out some serious bling.
"They shopped for engagement rings," the source says.
"They were really cute together. Paris was making comments to Cy about the rings she liked and joking that her ring has to be at least 24 carats."
There was no engagement ring on this trip, but Hilton did not leave empty-handed. Girlfriend left with a $25,000 white gold and black diamond ring.
Not bad for a birthday. Paris told E! News that the two are "really serious" and that "I'm so happy. I've never been happier."

Daily Shuffle: Is Britney Spears Imitating Lady Gaga?

  • Britney Spears' music video for "Hold It Against Me" premiered last night on MTV, and it was directed by Jonas Akerlund (who famously directed Lady Gaga's "Telephone" and "Paparazzi" videos). Her manager was asked why Britney chose to have Akerlund as the force behind her new video, and he said "she's always wanted to work with him. You know, Jonas did "Ray of Light" for Madonna, and that's when she became a fan of his." I call that having more bullshit than whatever is in dog food. - MTV

  • TMZ has found a way that Lindsay Lohan could be sent to jail for stealing that necklace without even going to trial. In a regular criminal case, the DA has to prove that the defendant is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and convince a jury that there's a 98 to 99% chance he or she committed the crime. However, in a case to determine if a defendant has violated probation (say, by stealing a necklace), the judge can make a decision based on what is "likely."  - TMZ

  • Star Magazine says Owen Wilson's baby might not be his, as his girlfriend was still living with and seeing her ex-boyfriend when she became pregnant. So....shit. - Celebitchy

Which Former Royal Family Member Got a Big Time Wedding Snub?

The highly-anticipated wedding between Prince William and Kate Middleton is only a couple of months away, and 1,900 people across the U.K. are anxiously waiting to receive their invites in the mail.
But there's one famous former royal member who won't be running to the mailbox.
So who is it?
MORE: Royal Wedding! Who did Prince William choose as his best man?
Turns out that Sarah Ferguson, The Duchess of York, will not be attending the April 29th festivities, and apparently never planned on being included, People reports.
"She will not be attending. She never expected to be invited," a spokesman says.
Her rep says that Fergie will be overseas during that time, but her side of the family will still be represented at the nuptials.
The 51-year-old's daughters, Princess Beatrice, 22, and Princess Eugenie, 20, are expected to attend.
And it seems Fergie has learned her lesson from the days when she tried to sell access to her ex hubby, Prince Andrew, for cash to an undercover reporter.
"She has declined all commercial work relating to the wedding," the spokesman says, and refuses all offers connected to the wedding despite being constantly contacted by media around the world.

Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon’s role change

While Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon may be playing each other’s love interest in ‘Water fro Elephants,’ they were once cast as mother and son.
In the 2004 film ‘Vanity Fair,’ Pattinson was to play Witherspoon’s son, despite only a ten-year age difference, states Entertainment Tonight. Pattinson’s scenes reportedly ended up on the cutting room floor.
However, the two seem to think it was best that way. “Even then, I realized on the set, I was like, I look too old to be playing her son. I mean, that’s probably why I was cut,” Pattinson admitted.
And Witherspoon couldn’t quite imagine him as her son either: “He was walking down this corridor and I turned to the director, and I said, ‘That’s my son? He’s so good looking!’ I was like, ‘He’s so hot!’”
Do you think these two will have chemistry?
